Both movement and craniosacral work allow children to participate on a deeper level in a therapeutic process without making it too conscious on an intellectual level.

I often see children for stress, insomnia / disturbed sleeping patterns, anxiety, depression, asthma, allergies, bed-wetting, dyslexia, developmental delay. Movement therapy can be helpful in times of crises and during separation and divorce.

Movement therapy supports the autonomic nervous system, encourages age-appropriate sense of self, greater spatial awareness, and coordination. The life processes are supported to encourage healthy growth and development.

For individuals with learning difficulties and those with special needs and abilities movement therapy is a long-term support for individual development.

Craniosacral treatments helpto re-establish a sense of trust and calm the nervous system.Subtle changes in alignment have an effect on the whole system, supporting behavioral change.
